1. TICKETS & BOOKING CONFIRMATION

All bookings are handled electronically.
 

Booking confirmations, tickets and other important information will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of booking.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd cannot accept responsibility for confirmation emails or other booking information not being received because incorrect contact information has been supplied, emails have been blocked by a customer's email provider or messages have been directed to a spam or junk folder.
 

Customers should check their booking confirmation carefully after purchase and contact Zombie Checkpoint as soon as possible if any information appears incorrect.
 

All purchases are charged at the time the booking is made and not at the time of arrival at the attraction.
 

A valid booking confirmation may be required when checking in.
 

2. MISSION TIMES

Zombie Checkpoint operates using scheduled mission departure times.
 

Your booking is valid for the date and mission time stated on your booking confirmation.

Customers should carefully check their selected date, time, mission type and number of participants before completing payment.
 

Mission times cannot be held without completing a booking.

3. ARRIVAL

All participants must arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled mission time.
 

This allows sufficient time for check-in, completion and verification of waivers, mission preparation, safety information and equipment preparation.
 

Zombie Checkpoint operates to a strict mission schedule.
 

Late arrivals may not be admitted once their scheduled mission has begun and may miss part or all of their experience.
 

Where a customer misses their mission because they arrived late, Zombie Infection Ltd is under no obligation to provide a refund, replacement ticket or alternative mission.
 

We will always try to assist where operationally possible, but movement to another mission is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
 

4. EXPERIENCE DURATION

Zombie Checkpoint is approximately 60 minutes in total, including mission briefing, preparation, live-action gameplay and post-mission activities.
 

Actual timings may vary slightly due to operational requirements, safety considerations or circumstances occurring during a live experience.

5. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Zombie Checkpoint is recommended for participants aged 10 and over.
 

The experience contains live zombie actors, darkness, loud and sudden sounds, flashing and changing lighting, theatrical effects, physical activity and moments of tension or intensity.
 

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the experience is suitable for a child in their care.
 

Different mission types may have additional age requirements. Customers should check the description of their selected mission before booking.
 

6. PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18

Any participant under the age of 18 must have their participation waiver completed and signed by an adult aged 18 or over on arrival at the venue.
 

The signing adult must confirm that they have appropriate authority to provide consent for the under-18 participant and accept responsibility for providing accurate information when completing the waiver.
 

Under-18 participants will not be permitted to take part until the required waiver has been completed.
 

Where a booking includes multiple participants under 18, the person making the booking is responsible for ensuring appropriate waiver arrangements have been made before attending.
 

Failure to provide the required consent may result in the participant being unable to take part.
 

Refunds or rescheduling cannot be guaranteed where participation is refused because the required waiver has not been completed.
 

All participants, including those under 18, must listen to and follow the safety briefing, venue rules and instructions given by Zombie Checkpoint staff.
 

7. WAIVER

Participants may be required to complete and sign a participation acknowledgement and waiver before entering the experience.
 

The waiver forms part of our safety and participation procedures and does not remove or limit any rights which cannot legally be excluded.
 

Participants must provide accurate information and notify staff of anything relevant to their ability to participate safely.
 

Refusal to complete a required waiver may result in admission being refused.
 

8. NATURE OF THE EXPERIENCE

Zombie Checkpoint is an interactive live-action immersive experience.
 

The attraction may include:

  • Live actors portraying infected characters and other roles

  • Close interaction with performers

  • Darkness and low-light environments

  • Loud music and sound effects

  • Sudden noises

  • Flashing, moving or changing lighting

  • Smoke, haze or theatrical atmospheric effects

  • Confined or enclosed environments

  • Uneven or themed surfaces

  • Simulated danger and emergency situations

  • Imitation weapons

  • Tactical equipment

  • Physical movement

  • Time-sensitive challenges

  • Interactive electronic equipment
     

By booking, customers acknowledge the nature of the experience and accept that some elements are intentionally designed to create tension, surprise and excitement.
 

9. PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION

Zombie Checkpoint requires participants to move through an immersive environment and may involve walking, moving quickly, navigating obstacles and responding to live-action situations.
 

Participants should only take part in activities they feel physically capable of completing.
 

Running may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas. Instructions from staff must be followed at all times.
 

Participants must not climb scenery, enter restricted areas, deliberately damage sets or equipment, or undertake activities which have not been instructed or authorised by staff.
 

10. MEDICAL CONDITIONS & ACCESSIBILITY

Customers should consider whether the nature of the attraction is appropriate for them before booking.
 

If you or somebody in your group has a medical condition, disability, mobility requirement, sensory requirement or other circumstance which may affect participation, please contact Zombie Checkpoint before booking or attending.
 

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests wherever practicable and can provide further information about the attraction to help customers make an informed decision.
 

Participants should immediately inform a member of staff if they feel unwell or need assistance during the experience.
 

11. IMITATION WEAPONS & TACTICAL EQUIPMENT

Zombie Checkpoint uses imitation weapons and tactical equipment as part of the experience.
 

These items remain the property of Zombie Infection Ltd at all times.
 

All equipment must be used only in accordance with the safety briefing and instructions given by staff.
 

Participants must not:

  • Deliberately strike another participant, actor or member of staff with equipment

  • Aim, operate or use equipment in a manner prohibited during the briefing

  • Remove attraction equipment from the premises

  • Deliberately damage or misuse equipment

  • Use equipment outside designated areas
     

Any participant deliberately misusing equipment may be immediately removed from the experience without refund.
 

12. LIVE ACTORS

Zombie Checkpoint uses professional live performers.
 

Participants must not deliberately strike, push, restrain, grab, threaten or otherwise intentionally harm performers, staff or other guests.
 

The immersive nature of the attraction does not give participants permission to use physical force against performers.
 

Aggressive, abusive or dangerous behaviour will result in immediate removal from the attraction.
 

13. RFID KEYCARDS & INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY

Participants may be issued RFID keycards and other interactive equipment during their mission.
 

These items must be used only for their intended purpose and returned when requested.
 

Game technology, Predicted Lives Saved results and leaderboard information are provided as part of the entertainment experience.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd cannot guarantee that electronic equipment will operate without interruption. In the event of a technical issue, staff will make reasonable efforts to continue, reset, adapt or otherwise complete the experience.
 

Minor technical interruptions which do not materially prevent participation in the overall experience will not normally entitle customers to a refund.
 

14. PREDICTED LIVES SAVED & LEADERBOARDS

Zombie Checkpoint may track individual participant performance as part of the experience.
 

Results may be displayed as Predicted Lives Saved, mission performance or leaderboard rankings.
 

These results form part of the fictional game experience and have no monetary value.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd may reset, modify or adjust performance systems, game mechanics and leaderboard calculations as the attraction evolves.
 

15. MISSION TYPES

Zombie Checkpoint may operate different mission types, including Core Missions, Adult Missions and Family Missions.
 

All mission types use the same underlying Zombie Checkpoint attraction but may differ in participant age profiles, atmosphere, scheduling or other operational characteristics.
 

Customers are responsible for selecting a mission appropriate for their group.
 

Mission availability varies by date and time.
 

16. MISSION UPGRADES & EXTRA LIVES

Optional loadout upgrades, extra lives, merchandise, photographs and other extras may be offered during the booking process or at the venue.
 

Availability is subject to operational requirements and stock.
 

Upgrades apply only to the participant or booking for which they were purchased unless otherwise stated.
 

Purchasing an upgrade does not guarantee any particular mission result, leaderboard position or Predicted Lives Saved result.

Extra Lives // these may become loose or lost without coming into contact with a live actor. the result of this position will be determined by the Event Manager and will not entitle a customer to a refund.
 

17. GROUP BOOKINGS

The person making a group booking is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group:

  • Meet the applicable age requirements

  • Know their mission date and arrival time

  • Understand the nature of the experience

  • Comply with waiver requirements

  • Follow venue and safety rules
     

For children's parties and other bookings involving participants under 18, the booking organiser must ensure the appropriate consent arrangements are in place.
 

18. ALCOHOL & DRUGS

Participants must arrive sober and ready for deployment.
 

Zombie Checkpoint is a physical, live-action experience involving tactical equipment, imitation weapons, live actors and low-light environments.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whom staff reasonably believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs to an extent that could affect their ability to participate safely.
 

Alcohol must not be brought into or consumed within the attraction unless specifically permitted by Zombie Infection Ltd.
 

Participants displaying unsafe, aggressive, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may also be refused admission or removed.
 

No refund or reschedule will be provided where admission is refused or a participant is removed for these reasons.
 

19. BEHAVIOUR

Zombie Checkpoint is a shared experience.
 

Participants must behave respectfully towards other customers, actors, venue staff, contractors and members of the public.
 

Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, deliberately disruptive or violent behaviour will not be tolerated.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety, enjoyment or operation of the attraction.
 

Removal under these circumstances will not normally result in a refund.
 

20. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Participants must follow all instructions given during check-in, mission briefing, equipment briefing, gameplay and emergency procedures.
 

Instructions given by Zombie Checkpoint staff take priority over game objectives.
 

If a member of staff instructs you to stop, leave an area, remove equipment or end participation, you must do so immediately.
 

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal without refund.
 

21. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings.
 

Loose items may not be suitable to carry during the experience.
 

Where storage is provided, it is used at the customer's own risk except where loss or damage results from circumstances for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd recommends leaving valuable or unnecessary items at home wherever possible.

22. CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR

Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.
 

Closed-toe, secure footwear is strongly recommended.
 

High heels, open-toed footwear or clothing which could create a safety risk may be unsuitable for participation.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd reserves the right to restrict participation where clothing or footwear creates a genuine safety concern.
 

23. TOILETS & LEAVING DURING A MISSION

Customers should use toilet facilities before their mission begins.
 

Because Zombie Checkpoint is a continuous live experience, leaving during gameplay may disrupt the mission and it may not always be possible to rejoin at the same point.
 

Participants who need to leave for medical, welfare or emergency reasons should immediately speak to a member of staff.
 

24. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

Personal photography, filming and mobile phone use may be restricted or prohibited within certain parts of Zombie Checkpoint to protect the experience, performers, intellectual property and safety of participants. Customers must follow staff instructions regarding photography and recording.
 

Photography and video recording may take place during your experience, and official photography or video may be available for purchase separately.
 

Participants will be asked to provide the relevant photography, filming and image-use consent as part of the participation waiver before taking part.
 

25. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Participants may be charged for deliberate or reckless damage caused to attraction equipment, sets, props, technology or other property where legally appropriate.
 

Accidental damage occurring during normal participation should be reported to staff immediately.

26. REFUSAL OF ADMISSION

Zombie Infection Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or remove participants where reasonably necessary for safety, security or the proper operation of the attraction.
 

This may include participants who:

  • Arrive too late to join their mission

  • Fail to satisfy applicable age requirements

  • Fail to provide required consent or waivers

  • Are intoxicated

  • Behave aggressively or abusively

  • Deliberately misuse equipment

  • Ignore safety instructions

  • Endanger themselves or others
     

Where refusal or removal results from the participant's own conduct or failure to comply with these Terms, a refund will not normally be provided.
 

27. CHANGES TO THE EXPERIENCE

Zombie Checkpoint is a live attraction and may evolve over time.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd reserves the right to alter actors, characters, scenes, equipment, game mechanics, technology, challenges, routes, mission objectives, effects and other elements of the experience without prior notice.
 

Such changes do not automatically entitle customers to a refund provided the fundamental experience purchased remains available.
 

28. CANCELLATIONS BY ZOMBIE INFECTION LTD

Occasionally, Zombie Checkpoint may need to cancel or postpone missions because of circumstances including:

  • Dangerous or severe weather

  • Unforeseen venue difficulties

  • Technical or utility failures

  • Emergency situations

  • Safety concerns

  • Closure or restrictions imposed by local authorities or other competent authorities

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control
     

Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to contact affected customers using the details supplied during booking.
 

Where possible, customers will be offered the opportunity to move their booking to another available mission.
 

Any entitlement to a refund will depend upon the circumstances of the cancellation and the customer's statutory rights.
 

Nothing within these Terms affects rights customers have under applicable consumer law.
 

29. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Before purchasing, customers should carefully review their selected mission, date, time and ticket type.
 

Tickets are sold for a specific scheduled leisure activity and, where applicable, statutory cancellation rights may differ from those applying to ordinary online purchases.
 

Except where required by law or expressly stated by Zombie Infection Ltd, tickets are non-refundable where a customer simply decides not to attend or is unable to attend.
 

Where permitted, tickets may be transferred to another suitable participant provided all applicable age, waiver and participation requirements are met.
 

Requests to change a booking are subject to availability and any booking-change policy applicable at the time.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd may choose to assist customers with changes at its discretion, but this does not create an ongoing obligation to provide exchanges or refunds.
 

30. WEATHER & TRAVEL

Customers are responsible for planning their journey and allowing sufficient time to reach the venue.
 

Traffic, public transport disruption, parking difficulties or adverse weather affecting an individual customer's journey do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or rescheduled mission.
 

Where Zombie Checkpoint itself is unable to operate, customers will be contacted in accordance with the cancellation provisions above.
 

31. PARKING

Where customer parking is provided, vehicles and their contents remain the responsibility of their owners.
 

Customers must follow all parking signs and staff instructions and must not obstruct access roads, emergency routes, neighbouring businesses or other vehicles.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
 

32. FOOD & DRINK

Food and drink may not be taken into the gameplay areas unless expressly permitted.
 

Customers with specific medical requirements should speak to a member of staff.

33. SMOKING & VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Zombie Checkpoint.
 

Customers must use designated external areas where provided and comply with venue instructions.

34. EMERGENCIES

In the event of a genuine emergency, participants must immediately stop gameplay and follow instructions from Zombie Checkpoint staff.
 

Emergency instructions override all fictional mission instructions, character interactions and game objectives.
 

Participants should familiarise themselves with information provided during the safety briefing.
 

35. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
 

Participants are expected to take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others and to follow all instructions provided by Zombie Checkpoint staff.
 

Zombie Infection Ltd will not be responsible for losses which are not reasonably foreseeable or which arise from a participant's deliberate misuse of equipment, disregard of safety instructions or other conduct, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
 

36. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information displayed on the Zombie Checkpoint website and booking system is accurate.
 

Photographs, videos, illustrations and promotional materials are intended to represent the nature of the experience but individual missions may vary.
 

Zombie Checkpoint is continuously developed and some elements may change after promotional material has been produced.
 

37. FORCE MAJEURE & EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Zombie Infection Ltd will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing an experience where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
 

Where such circumstances affect a scheduled mission, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with affected customers.
 

This provision does not affect statutory consumer rights.
 

38. DATA & PRIVACY

Personal information collected during booking, check-in, waiver completion and participation will be handled in accordance with Zombie Infection Ltd's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
 

Customers should refer to the Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, stored and used.
 

39. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Zombie Checkpoint, its characters, storylines, branding, mission concepts, artwork, game systems, audiovisual content and associated materials are the intellectual property of Zombie Infection Ltd and/or its licensors.
 

Customers must not commercially reproduce, distribute or exploit attraction content without prior written permission.

41. GENERAL

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
